While course payments remain non-refundable, learners facing unavoidable personal or medical emergencies may request to defer their enrollment or transfer to a subsequent cohort batch, subject to review and written approval by the Uncoder Academic Board.

The Platform operates as a paid service, with payments made by users in accordance with their selected plans. Uncoder does not offer refunds for its courses or programs; once payments are made, they are final and are not subject to cancellation or refund.
